Day 10

What can I say? God blessed us again today. We have been doing so well with material, supplies, resources, weather, etc that they work is getting done well and at a rapid pace.

Our three construction crews put up another house each today, which if my math is right puts us at 28 houses. Then our fourth crew went a local village and divided into 2 smaller groups. One group painted the day care, while the other crew dug out dirt from around the church building. The church is built right on the side of a mountain. And they have been having issues with mudslides. However, there are a lot of other houses above them so mud wasn't the only brown stuff we we're shoveling (enough said about that). Travis, Andy and I headed up that crew and it was a tough and long job. We we're able to shovel out the dirt, but I'm afraid that was a short term fix for a long term problem.

Tonight we eat dinner here at the hotel, have a devo and then we are off to play some soccer. Should be a lot of fun.

Everything in Honduras is going well! God is really blessing this trip and it is so evident!
